Frequently Asked Questions

These answers are here to help you prepare, understand what a session feels like, and feel confident about booking or reaching out.

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

  • Each session is gentle, grounded, and collaborative. We begin with a brief check-in, then move into a blend of intuitive energy work, sound healing, tuning forks, and grounding practices, guided by what your system is showing that day.

No two sessions are the same. I work responsively in the moment, allowing the session to unfold in a way that supports settling, clarity, and integration.

You’ll remain fully clothed and at rest for most of the session. Most people wear comfortable clothing, similar to what they’d choose for rest or gentle movement.

There’s nothing you need to do to prepare. If it feels supportive, you’re welcome to arrive with an intention or a question — and it’s equally welcome to come without one. Mostly, arrive ready to slow down and settle in.

All Sessions are held in Santa Cruz. Exact location details are shared after booking.

  • A 60-minute session is ideal for focused support, follow-ups, or ongoing care. A 90-minute session allows more time to settle in, explore deeper layers, and integrate sound and energy work more fully.

If you’re new to working with me, or feeling drawn to a deeper reset, the 90-minute session is often a good place to begin.

  • The Resonant Field Session is a 90-minute offering that begins with a full sound bath and flows into energy work. The sound helps your system soften and open; the energy work supports integration, clarity, and alignment.

This session is especially supportive if you’re feeling overstimulated, disconnected, or in need of deep nervous system settling.

  • Not at this time, but hopefully soon.

  • You don’t need any prior experience. Many people come to this work feeling curious, unsure, or simply wanting support. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and grounded for you.

  • That depends on what you’re working with and what kind of support feels helpful. Some people come for a single session during a transition, while others choose ongoing sessions for continuity and integration. We can always check in together about what feels supportive over time.
